I love to fish offshore and it is usually all I think about. I got into rod building because I saw the price of the average offshore rod. It took some trial and error but to date none that I have built have failed in any way, so I'm sticking with it. Did I also mention that it is a lot of fun.
I'd give you a work bio (I'm an application scientist), but it's pretty boring so I'll spare you...I work so I can fish and build rods.
I live in Webster TX/South Houston and have been down here for a few years. When we don't hear gunshots my wife and I like to take walks around the neighboorhood and ride bikes for excercise.
